Adult Coaching

As their lives become fuller and more complex, many adults become overwhelmed with managing their daily lives or find it difficult to achieve their personal and professional goals. Some adults have been diagnosed with ADHD while others simply need to strengthen their executive function skills which include time management, planning and organization.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is a process by which the client works in partnership with the coach to determine and set goals, and then plan a path that includes manageable steps for achieving those goals. The client leads the way in this process, with the coach providing guidance and support. Because coaching is a client-centered process, the client must have a strong desire to make positive changes in their life and be willing to work towards those changes. The program is comprised of a pre-screening session for which there is no charge, an intake session which generally takes 1-2 hours, and then weekly coaching sessions 30-45 minutes in length. Results from coaching take place over time so a minimum time commitment is requested. Coaching fees include weekly email check-ins to support goal progress. Coaching sessions often take place on the phone, but can also be done in person or online.

Executive Function/Organizational Coaching

Executive Function/Organizational Coaching focuses on strengthening skills in the areas of organization, time management, and planning. Strong executive function and organizational skills help to alleviate stress and anxiety in people’s lives and therefore lead to a higher likelihood of achievement and success.

The program is comprised of a pre-screening session for which there is no charge and 45-60 minute sessions on an as needed basis (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). Depending on the wishes of the client, coaching sessions can take place in person, by phone or online sessions can be arranged.
